Austin Trott is the dedicated Manager of the Intake Department at Smithey Law Group. With over 12 years of customer service and client relations experience, he manages our ever-growing team of intake assistants to make sure that whomever you speak with will be able to guide you through our intake and scheduling process from beginning to end to make sure you get the help you need.
He is one of the first people that you will come in contact with when reaching out to the firm. He always has a smile in his voice and an eagerness to help anyone who reaches out in the first steps of becoming a valued client of Smithey Law Group.
