As Director of Operations, Donna McHugh plays an integral role in the leadership, growth, and day-to-day operations of Smithey Law Group LLC. She oversees firm operations and works closely with the firm’s leadership team to develop and implement processes, strengthen internal systems, and ensure the firm operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
Donna brings nearly two decades of experience with the firm, having progressed from legal assistant to paralegal, firm administrator, and ultimately Director of Operations. Her hands-on background in litigation support, combined with her extensive knowledge of the firm’s people, processes, and priorities, gives her a unique perspective on the operational and organizational needs of a successful law practice.
Passionate about building a positive and collaborative workplace, Donna is committed to empowering the firm’s attorneys and staff, fostering professional growth, and cultivating a culture where people feel supported and positioned to succeed. She takes pride in helping create an environment where operational excellence and exceptional client service go hand in hand.
