Partner Attorney (Salary: $100K-$170K)

Smithey Law Group LLC, is seeking a lateral junior partner/partner-level attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Experience in Labor and Employment Law is a plus. A book of business is also a plus but not required. Applicants must have excellent research, analytical, writing and client communication skills, as well as a strong academic background. Will be required to manage and mentor associate attorneys. We offer a flexible schedule, with the option to work remotely if desired. A partner/promotion track is available and encouraged.

You will be joining a very busy, growing practice, representing predominately plaintiffs with labor and employment issues throughout Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
