Come join Ellen Flynn and Joyce Smithey for breakfast and an informative discussion on the ins and out of Federal Rule 30(b)(6) depositions. Corporate Designee Depositions can be incredibly important. Ellen Flynn will discuss the use of 30(b)(6) depositions in medical malpractice and other negligence cases. Joyce Smithey will discuss the use of 30(b)(6) depositions in employment cases.

Ellen B. Flynn of Dugan, Babij, Tolley & Kohler, LLC has extensive experience litigating complex personal injury, medical negligence and commercial cases in the state and federal courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia and Connecticut. She is currently on the Board of Governors for the Maryland Association for Justice and serves as the Co-Chair of the Nursing Home Section and on the editorial staff for the Trial Reporter.

Joyce Smithey leads Smithey Law Group LLC’s labor and employment practice. She is a member of the Maryland Employment Lawyers Association. In 2017, Ms. Smithey was once again selected for inclusion as a Maryland Super Lawyer in the area of Employment and Labor Law.
